MEET THE DRIVERS
NEON VELOCITY
Four drivers. Two teams. Four very different ways of understanding the road.
Meet the people behind Neon Velocity — on the track, in the garage and everywhere in between.
PRECISION · PROCESS · CONTROL
2G MOTORSPORT
Built around preparation, data and repeatable performance. Ethan and Morgan may approach problems differently, but neither leaves much to chance.
Ethan Voss
#185 · SUNBURST YELLOW
Technical, perceptive and quietly sarcastic. Ethan wants to know not only what happened, but why.
Morgan Hale
#165 · PLATINUM MIST
Disciplined, composed and relentlessly precise. Morgan prefers things done properly — preferably the first time.
INSTINCT · ADAPTATION · FREEDOM
CSX COLLECTIVE
Built on late nights, changing roads and people who trust what they feel. Lance and Mika rarely take the same approach — which is exactly why CSX works.
LANCE “BLAZE” CARTER
#07 · RAVEN BLACK
Intense, outspoken and fiercely loyal. Lance moves first, argues quickly and rarely walks away when something matters.
MIKA TANAKA
#05 · CRIMSON FURY
Playful, instinctive and endlessly curious. Mika follows whatever looks interesting — even when it was never part of the route.
